WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Install all kinds of signs — channel letters, vinyl graphics, monument signs, post & panels, wall/floor graphics, and more
• Operate bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, and power & hand tools safely and confidently
• Read and follow installation drawings, site plans, and customer specs
• Problem-solve on-site like a pro — because no two installs are ever quite the same
• Be a great face for our company: friendly with clients, dependable with teammates
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in great shape
• Pitch in on sign production and fabrication when needed

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of sign installation or construction experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights — ladders and lifts don’t faze you
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a bonus, but not required)
• Attention to detail — you notice what others miss
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a love of teamwork
