Sign Installation Specialist

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Installation Specialist to join our hardworking and fun-loving team.
Job Summary:
As a Sign Installation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signage, vinyl graphics, and custom displays. You’ll represent our company in the field, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely install signs of various sizes, types, and materials (channel letters, vinyl, monument signs, street signs, post & panels, wall/floor graphics, vehicle wraps, etc.)
- Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, digging tools, power tools, and hand tools
- Interpret and follow installation drawings, site plans, and customer specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe, working conditions
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local codes
- Provide production and fabrication of signs as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional sign installation or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset

Sign Production and Fabrication Specialist
About Us:
SignCraft Solutions is a full-service sign company known for our custom designs, quality craftsmanship, and creative approach to signage of all kinds—interior, exterior, vehicle graphics, architectural signs, and more. We’re looking for a Sign Production & Fabrication Specialist to join our talented team and help bring our designs to life.
Position Overview:
As a Sign Production & Fabrication Specialist, you’ll be hands-on in the shop, working with a variety of materials, machinery, and tools to build high-quality signs. From vinyl cutting and digital printing to CNC routing and assembly, you’ll play a key role in turning raw materials into finished signage. While this role is primarily shop-based, you may occasionally assist with on-site installations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sign-making equipment such as plotters, laminators, printers, CNC routers, saws, and drills
- Cut, weed, mask, and apply vinyl for signs, walls, windows, and vehicles
- Assemble and fabricate dimensional signage, lighted signs, and routed components
- Work with materials such as acrylic, aluminum, wood, vinyl, foam, and plastics
- Perform quality control to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production space
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to execute jobs accurately and efficiently
- Assist with sign installations in the field when extra support is needed
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, or similar design software is a plus
- Ability to read and follow detailed production files and job orders
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist with installations, including working at heights or outdoors
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
